I may be the main contact person and the “face” of the sale, but there is a lot of activity that goes into completing a successful home sale transaction and a team of people that work together to make it happen.

From the moment we connect with one another our team is busy working on how to solve your problem with the right marketing strategy. 

Once we have an agreement signed, the rest of the plays are set in motion. With staging the home appropriately to show it off in its best light, installing a “For Sale” sign in the yard, listing it on the MLS and web, scheduling open houses and setting up buyer previews, creating attractive & effective marketing pieces, to finding the right buyers to arrange the showings for. 

When the offers come rolling in, we negotiate the contract offer on your behalf and explain the contract addenda making it easy to understand the terms. 

Once the contract is signed, the work begins with coordinating home inspections, fulfilling repair requests, clearing the contract contingencies, and finally moving towards a successful closing.
