Stacy helped my wife and I buy our first home. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and very upfront with how difficult the market might be at the moment. I can't tell you how right she was. The market was awful for FHA loans. The entire time Stacy was positive and helpful. She helped us with every roadblock and was there for us in every way imaginable. She was writing contracts for us at 10pm. She was calling us in the middle of the day just to ask how we were doing. If she didn't have an answer to one of our questions (rare) she would make as many calls as needed to get us an answer. After all was said and done we were able to close on a house we wanted while staying under budget. I honestly don't know if we would have made it if we hadn't had her help.
